The reviews of the Samsonite Winfield 3-piece Spinner Luggage Set were all quite positive. A lot of reviewers stated that they were skeptical but found they were pleasantly surprised when they used their new luggage set and it in fact is absolutely awesome. The luggage structure handled itself quite well through the rigors of airline travel and the durability was surprisingly high.

Many stated that they loved the stylish professional look of the luggage and it gives a good impression. The finish on the set did get scuffed up after a handful of trips, but they loved the established look it gave them.

The 360° multi-directional wheels handled very well and gave the traveler ease in transporting all three pieces through the airport and even from their car to unload at home. The wheels also roll seamlessly and effortlessly over carpet, concrete, tile, etc.

The only real complaint of this luggage set is that several people stated that they wished the carry-on piece offered an external pouch of some sort for documents, such as passports, etc and that the inside of the carryon was the same as the larger pieces in the set, which isn’t very practical and really would benefit in having compartments for smaller items and a pouch for a laptop would add to the convenience.

The spinner set is a very reasonable price in comparison with other spinner sets. One review said that the inside strap of the largest (28”) piece was actually glued in place and not sewn, a cheap finishing tactic and poor product quality, but rather than that, they loved it and were thrilled with the overall set.

Don’t ever buy samsonite bags !! Beware, their quality sucks big time, and the service is pathetic.

I just bought their spinner black 72cm bag on july 23, 2011. It got a dent in the first trip itself and guess what their ’3 years warranty’ is a big joke ..!!

They would repair only if its a manufacturing defect.
So, i submitted the bag for repair on aug 13 and they returned it saying it cannot be repaired and they do not replace bag under this warranty… I raised query with CC and they say they cannot replace it !!

So, 5000+ bucks gone into trash !!
